Human Life Foundation established the Krishna Apartment Learning Centre near Krishna Apartment, Sector 28, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, to expand access to free and quality education for children from economically weaker sections and nearby slum communities. The centre was established with the vision of providing educational opportunities, nutritional support, and holistic development, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future regardless of their socio-economic background.
The Krishna Apartment Learning Centre began providing free foundational education and remedial learning to children who required academic support or had limited access to formal schooling. Dedicated teachers and volunteers conducted regular classes, helping students strengthen their literacy, numeracy, and overall academic skills in a supportive learning environment.
To ensure continuity in formal education, the Foundation assisted children with school admissions, encouraged regular attendance, and provided daily homework guidance and academic coaching. The centre also organized mentorship and counselling sessions to improve children’s confidence, discipline, and overall personality development.
Recognizing the importance of holistic child development, Human Life Foundation integrated nutritional support into its educational initiatives by providing nutritious meals to children attending the centre. In addition, skill development workshops focusing on communication, leadership, critical thinking, and essential life skills were conducted to prepare children for future opportunities.
The Foundation also identified deserving students for scholarship guidance and regularly organized parent participation programmes, encouraging families to become actively involved in their children’s education and overall development.
The establishment of the Krishna Apartment Learning Centre significantly improved access to quality education and nutritional support for children from marginalized communities.
