1. Purpose – Human Life Foundation is a non-profit charitable trust in India committed to humanitarian causes. Funds collected through this website are used solely for charitable activities.

2. Eligibility -You must be 10 years of age or older to make a donation through this website. By donating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If your children do online donation from your bank account or UPI apps online, it will not be considered an excuse for refund.

3. Donations – All donations made to Human Life Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable and In case, If any Transaction is Cancelled by the User During the Processing and the Amount is Not Credited to the Account of the foundation but Has Been Debited from the User Account – In such a situation, Human Life Foundation shall not hold responsibility for a refund of the same. The matter has to be resolved by the donor with their bank/merchant.

Donations are used for the purpose intended, including but not limited to health, education, disaster relief, and community development. We reserve the right to allocate funds where they are needed most in alignment with our mission.

4. Tax Exemption – Donors may be eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, if applicable. Please retain your receipt for tax purposes.

5. Intellectual Property – All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Human Life Foundation and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability -We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or donation services.

7. Governing Law – These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

1. Information We Collect – We may collect donor’s name, email, phone number, PAN (if required for tax exemption), donation details and transaction history and Communication preferences for our official use only and we never sell or disclose it until it is not necessary.

2. Use of Information – We use the collected data to Process and acknowledge donations. Send receipts, updates, and impact reports. Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Security – We use secure encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

4. Sharing of Information – We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only With legal authorities, if required. With payment processors for secure transactions.

Refund Policy – As a charitable organization, donations made to Human Life Foundation are non-refundable.
