Human Life Foundation organized a Women’s Skill Development Training Camp to empower women by enhancing their vocational and cultural skills while encouraging self-confidence, self-reliance, and active community participation. The five-day programme aimed to provide practical learning opportunities that would help women develop their talents, strengthen their capabilities, and contribute positively to their families and society.
The training camp was held at Pratap Nagar Sector 26, Jaipur, where women participated in a variety of practical skill-building sessions. The programme included Art and Craft training, enabling participants to develop creative skills, and Dholak Vaadan (traditional musical instrument) training, which encouraged the preservation of cultural heritage while building confidence through artistic expression.
Foundation members and trainers guided the participants throughout the programme, creating an encouraging environment for learning, collaboration, and personal growth. The camp provided women with opportunities to acquire new skills, interact with fellow participants, and strengthen their confidence through hands-on activities.
The Women’s Skill Development Training Camp enhanced participants’ confidence, promoted vocational and cultural skill development, and encouraged greater social participation. The initiative contributed to women’s empowerment by building their capacities, fostering self-reliance, and reinforcing Human Life Foundation’s commitment to creating opportunities for sustainable personal and community development.
Human Life Foundation believes that empowering women is essential for building stronger families and communities. Through skill development, education, and capacity-building initiatives, we continue to support women in achieving confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in society.
